2. Eligibility

3. Quotes and Bookings
All quotes provided are based on the information you supply and may be subject to adjustment if circumstances change (e.g., additional items, longer distance, special requests).
Bookings are confirmed only after written or electronic confirmation from Motion Transport.
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment must be made in accordance with your service agreement.
We accept major credit cards, debit, and other approved methods.
Late or non-payment may result in service suspension or cancellation, and additional fees may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
Provide accurate details regarding your move, including inventory, locations, and timing.
Ensure safe access to premises (driveways, elevators, parking, etc.).
Properly pack items if you are not using our packing services.
Be present, or appoint a responsible representative, at both pickup and delivery locations.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions of items, improper packing by you, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, road closures).
Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the coverage agreed upon in your service contract, subject to applicable laws.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of profit, emotional distress, etc.).
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 7 before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may incur fees.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Motion Transport and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt our systems or website.
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
